This role requires keeping projects on schedule and ensuring seamless communication among customers, crews, and internal teams. What You’ll Do Act as the primary point of contact for customers, crews, and internal teams. Track and update job progress daily, ensuring no gaps or confusion. Build and support estimates using industry software. Review photos, documents, and files for accuracy and completeness. Keep Project Managers updated with clean, current files. Manage multiple active jobs simultaneously while maintaining control. Jump in wherever needed to keep projects moving forward. Qualifications Show up on time, every day. Can figure out solutions with minimal direction. Highly organized and fast-moving. Handles pressure without shutting down. Communicates clearly and professionally. Tech-savvy and quickly adopts new systems. Desire to grow and not stay in the same role for more than 5 years. Experience 1+ year in an administrative, office, or customer service role.
