Route Service Representative (4-Day Workweek)

Job Description Cintas is seeking a Route Service Representative to manage and grow customer accounts in the Rental Division. Our partners drive a truck along an established route and service and sell within an existing customer base. It is a physical, fast‑paced, indoor/outdoor position in which our partners deliver and pick up uniforms, shop towels, chemical cleaning products and other facility service products. Key Responsibilities Act as the face of Cintas to customers and build rapport with key decision makers. Ensure quality standards and proactively solve customer concerns. Grow the existing customer base through upselling and cross‑selling additional products and services. Negotiate service‑agreement renewals and manage inventory while maintaining a professional and safe work environment. Comply with driving and vehicle regulations. Vehicle must meet DOT requirements for a regulated vehicle weighing more than 10,000 lbs. Provide documentation regarding previous employment. Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position. High school diploma, GED, or military service. Strong customer service orientation and self‑motivation. Positive attitude, ambition, organization, and teamwork skills. Compensation The estimated total compensation for this role ranges between $45,000 and $90,000 per year, which includes a base salary plus earned commissions.
