Job Description Job Description ** Mid-Level Tax Preparer/ Bookkeeper: ** CPA firm seeks motivated and energetic Mid-Level Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper for immediate hire. Excellent organizational and communication skills, close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks are a must. Computer proficiency including Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online and some type of tax software is required. ** Duties include, but are not limited to: ** Income Tax Return Preparation, 1120, 1120S, 1065, 1041, 1040 General Bookkeeping - write checks, receive payments, enter bills, bank reconciliations, make journal entries Sales Tax Preparation (Florida) ** Qualifications: ** Previous Bookkeeping and Tax Return Preparation experience is required Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel Familiarity with professional practice/ time management software a plus Familiarity Experience with Ultra Tax or other Thomson Reuters programs a plus Detail oriented, highly organized and reliable #J-18808-Ljbffr GM FINANCIAL TAX & ACCOUNTING GROUP
