Pay: $64,500.00 - $120,000.00 per year (Pay is based on commissions and bonuses)

Schedule: We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and act as their trusted advisor throughout the service process
• Write repair orders and clearly communicate service needs
• Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and timely service
• Provide updates and build long-term customer relationships
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of experience, preferred
• Polished and professional with strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills-both verbal and written
• Ability to communicate technical terms to non-technical audience.
• CDK experience, a plus!
• Ability to create a truly memorable experience for our customers
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Outstanding attention to detail
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record

Total Rewards

The estimated annual earning range for this position is ($66,000 to $120,000), which includes commissions on (Commissions –Ex: "Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit", "Department Net") and/or bonus opportunities such as (Bonuses –Ex: "Parts Gross Achievement, Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
