We are currently seeking a receptionist to join our Nashville team. This role is the first point of contact for clients, guests, and employees, playing a key part in setting the tone for a professional, welcoming environment. As receptionist, you will manage front desk operations, greet visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and handle mail distribution and deliveries. You will also support the office with a range of administrative duties that help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position is key to maintaining a professional and organized environment for employees, clients, and guests. Key Responsibilities: Maintain an organized, clean, and stocked front desk and reception area Order and maintain inventory of office supplies, toner, business cards, and stationary Maintain and update company-wide directories, project lists, and user access lists Manage FedEx, UPS, and courier accounts Update and distribute Field and Office Employee Directories Assist with general clerical tasks and provide support to the Office Manager as needed Coordinate front desk coverage and keep supply areas organized Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent (GED) Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks Able to work collectively with the administrative team associates Strong working knowledge of MS Office Able to maintain confidentiality Maintain a professional appearance at all times Maintain a professional, proactive, and resourceful attitude at all times What We Offer: Full benefits Employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) 401(k) profit sharing plan Matching gifts program Paid time off (PTO) and stewardship day College student debt reduction program Clearly defined company core values, mission, and vision.
