Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Tufts Behavioral Health, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to understand each client’s unique challenges, strengths, and available support systems.

• Delivering individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based treatment methods such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to each client’s needs.

• Developing personalized treatment plans that articulate clear goals and therapeutic interventions, regularly reviewing and adjusting plans as progress is made.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for clients.

• Providing crisis intervention as needed, which may involve immediate risk assessments and developing safety plans for clients in distress.

• Documenting client interactions and treatment progress meticulously in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, psychoeducational workshops, and support groups that foster community and connection among clients.
