Service Advisor/Writer (CSR)American Fleet Services is seeking a self-starting, take-charge individual for our growing Service Center Team. This driven individual will be responsible for coordinating new and existing maintenance and repair appointments daily, interacting with customers, fleet management companies, and the AFS team.The ideal candidates will share the ALL-IN attitude that makes American Fleet Services the premier "business class" commercial vehicle service center in Northeast Ohio. Our customers rely on us to maximize uptime and guarantee that their business fleets are always repaired, revitalized, and ready to roll.If you're the right person we'll provide a competitive compensation package including comprehensive training, ongoing professional development, generous benefits, and unlimited earning potential.Customer Service Representative Job Duties:Set, confirm, and prepare appointments to expedite our customers' service experienceDetermine vehicle needs based on customer information, vehicle walk around, and a technician's multi-point inspection and/or diagnosisProduce estimates and repair orders for customers with full transparency, including cost and time estimatesCommunicate frequently with supervisors, technicians, and parts associates to ensure timely completion of workFollow up with customers on the status of their vehicle maintenance and repairsGain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers with service maintenance requirements, warranty information, and additional services offered by AFSMaintain existing accounts and establish good relationships with new accountsKeep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, i.e. daily call reports, weekly work plan, monthly analysis reports, etc.Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to managementRecommend changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developmentsCompensation: This is an hourly based opportunity with no limit on earning potential.
