Customer Support Specialist II | Mon - Fri 10:00AM - 6:30PM

Abbott seeks a Customer Support Specialist II to handle inbound and outbound communications from healthcare providers and internal teams. The role involves resolving service issues, maintaining knowledge of sales policies, and supporting process improvements in a remote customer care environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, email, and voicemail
• Investigate and resolve customer questions, service issues, and complaints with escalation when necessary
• Maintain current knowledge of sales policies, organizational structure, and initiatives
• Document procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Three or more years of customer service experience
• Three or more years in sales or customer service environment
• Strong verbal, written, and problem-solving communication skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain schedule adherence
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Preferred: healthcare industry contact center experience

Compensation: $17.00 – $34.00/hour
