Customer Support Specialist II | Tues - Sat 8AM - 4:30PM

Abbott seeks a Customer Support Specialist II to handle inbound and outbound communications for healthcare providers and internal customers. The role involves resolving service issues, maintaining knowledge of sales policies, and supporting customer experience improvements in a remote, contact center environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, voicemail, and email from providers and internal teams
• Investigate and resolve customer questions, service issues, and complaints with appropriate escalation
• Maintain current knowledge of sales policies, organizational structure, and sales initiatives
• Document procedures and identify process improvement opportunities
• Meet attendance expectations and comply with Quality Management System policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Three or more years of customer service experience
• Three or more years in sales or customer service focused on exceptional customer experience
• Strong verbal, written communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain schedule adherence
• 18 years of age or older; authorization to work in United States without sponsorship
• Healthcare industry contact center experience preferred

Compensation: $17.00 – $34.00/hour
