Customer Support Specialist II | Tues - Sat 1:30PM - 10:00PM

Abbott seeks a Customer Support Specialist II to manage inbound and outbound communications with healthcare providers and internal customers. The role involves resolving service issues, maintaining product knowledge, and supporting sales initiatives in a remote, contact center environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, voicemail, and email from providers and internal teams
• Investigate and resolve customer questions, service issues, and complaints with appropriate escalation
• Maintain knowledge of sales policies, organizational structure, territory assignments, and sales initiatives
• Document procedures and process improvement opportunities to strengthen customer experience
• Meet attendance, schedule, and quality standards while completing required training and assessments

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Three or more years of customer service experience
• Three or more years in sales or customer service focused on exceptional experience delivery
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and maintain schedule adherence
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• 18 years of age or older

Compensation: $17.00 – $34.00/hour
