Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and therapeutic sessions with couples and families, both together and individually.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Addressing a wide range of issues such as grief and loss, conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and the complexities of blended families.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to treatment, integrating mental and behavioral healthcare strategies.

• Providing education and resources to clients, empowering them with tools for effective communication and relationship management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will engage with clients facing complex challenges, including:

• Alcohol abuse

• Physical and psychological abuse

• Adjustment to separation and divorce
\n
• Job-related stress and other medical issues

• Family dynamics, such as mother/daughter conflicts and sibling rivalries

As a critical member of our clinical team, you will advocate for your clients, ensuring they have access to the resources needed for their mental and emotional recovery.\n

Qualifications\n

To be a successful candidate, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field

• Strong skills in case management, assessment, and treatment planning
