Aspirus Wausau Hospital in Wausau, WI is seeking an INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY TECHNOLOGIST to join our INTERVENTIONAL RADIOLOGY team!

• Assists physicians in procedures and provides diagnostic aid by conducting organ and body scans on patients.
• Administers and records isotope dosage in accordance with established department protocol.
• Observes the patient during procedure and reports abnormal activity.

HOURS: .8 FTE/64 hours every two weeks; day shift hours with occasional weekend (on-call) coverage

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of radiological standards and procedures normally acquired through completion of a diploma from an approved AMA school of radiological technology, an Associate's Degree in Radiology, or other manner to meet requirements of the ARRT.
• Possesses State of Wisconsin Radiographer license.
• Current BLS certification or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification beneficial
