Product Management - Advisor II

Role Description

Fiserv is looking for an experienced Product Manager Advisor II – Open Banking, whose primary responsibility will be executing on the go-to-market of digital integrations with an Open API platform, API/APP marketplace and developer portal ecosystems to co-innovate with Fintechs, Financial institutions, prospects and key internal stakeholders to create value for our clients. This role is a hybrid between digital integrations platforms, marketplace technology, open APIs, Agentic AI and product.

• Accountable for creating, upgrading & maintaining enterprise banking services, frameworks and interfaces including API design, event stream design, middleware integration patterns.
• Responsible for roadmaps of digital API portals and marketplace ecosystem workflows/dashboards.
• Expected to translate Open API product features into user stories for development, product operations, product support and client services.
• Conduct market/industry research and work with cross-functional business units and sales teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or related Banking Competency.
• Demonstrated 5+ years of product experience with digital banking experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to interact at all levels of the clients from C-level to technical and operation levels.
• Solid thought leadership and ability to influence others through collaborative efforts.
• Experience in creating release schedules, ideas, features, roadmaps and prioritization that support product release strategies.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to build consensus amongst technology, business analysis and project management teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science.

Requirements

• Experience in creating, managing a goal-based product roadmap, and launching products.
• Ability to analyze data, change requests, enhancements from a variety of sources.
• Experience with cloud architecture and implementation features.
• Ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with a broad set of constituencies.
• Strong results orientation with demonstrated track record of success.
• Endeavor to engage at the client level (Financial Institution and Fintech).
• Ability to excel in dynamic, fast-paced environment.
