Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners, including local and regional accounts.
- Customer Service: Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with operations to report progress, address concerns, and implement solutions promptly.
- Documenting: Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and resource allocation to optimize efficiency.
- Establish: Sales targets, monitor progress, and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Account Management, or a related field, including a proven track record in new account development and managing local and regional accounts; experience in the construction industry is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple accounts.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth through effective account management.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate records of account activity and sales performance
- Driver's License: Valid driver's license required. Must meet an insurability standard.
- Additional Requirements: Ability to pass a drug test as part of a drug-free workplace policy.
- Phone: Must have cell phone to clock in and out daily, log jobs, and follow other company communications.
- Time will be split in the office and field based on prioritization.
- Schedule is typically Monday through Friday.
- Company vehicle for business use.
- Company laptop and cell phone (if desired).
- Pay Range: Dependent upon previous work experience and education.
- Base annual salary + commission.
- Benefits:
- Medical-partial percentage paid by the company after 60 days
- Dental and vision after 60 days, along with other ancillary benefits
- 401K with a company match after 6 months of employment
- Vesting PTO immediately, with availability to use after 90 days
- 90-day probation period
