Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate the mental health conditions and needs of clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using a blend of traditional and alternative therapeutic approaches, including evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Provide a mix of remote and, as needed, in-person counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups, ensuring a compassionate and client-centered approach in all interactions.

• Utilize appropriate treatment modalities tailored to clients' unique situations and challenges to facilitate their growth and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, documenting all therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical standards and confidentiality guidelines.
