Now Hiring: Direct Support Professional (DSP)

 

Location: Harrisburg, PA 17110

 

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one support for a 55-year-old woman with an intellectual disability.

 

Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

 

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM

 

Requirements:

• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Ability to provide transportation for community outings
• Dependable, patient, and compassionate

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care, including daily morning showering
• Provide verbal prompts to promote health and safety
• Encourage independence while providing hands-on assistance when needed
• Transport the individual to community activities, including the senior center, grocery store, library, appointments, and other outings
• Provide companionship and support with daily routines
