Stand Up Forklift Operator
Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated Stand Up Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Stand Up Forklift Operator, you will be an essential part of the warehouse operations team, supporting efficient inventory management and material handling. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive in this dynamic environment.
Job Title: Stand Up Forklift Operator
Location: LIVONIA, MI
Pay Range: $19.50
Shift: Second Shift (Monday through Friday, 5 pm until 5 am/Finish). Must work weekends and overtime as required.
What's the Job?
- Operate stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse mechanical equipment to move and organize inventory safely and efficiently.
- Assist with loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and productivity.
- Follow all safety protocols and operational procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance.
- Support other warehouse projects and tasks as assigned by the supervisor to meet operational goals.
What's Needed?
- 2- 3 years of recent forklift experience.
- Ability to operate warehouse mechanical equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
