Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end management of data centre construction and infrastructure projects, from initiation to completion. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Coordinate with cross‑functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and safety protocols throughout the project lifecycle. Manage procurement processes, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and resource allocation. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and project performance metrics. Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their requirements and expectations are met or exceeded. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience in managing data centre construction or large‑scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices. Exceptional organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar). PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is highly desirable. Familiarity with data centre design, construction, and operational requirements is a plus. Day-to-Day Lead daily project meetings to review progress, address challenges, and align on priorities. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to quality standards. Manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports. Liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Track project budgets and expenditures, ensuring cost control measures are in place. Resolve any on‑site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.
