Company Overview Builtech Services, LLC is a national construction services company with over 20 years in the industry, focusing on ground‑up new construction and tenant improvements across multi‑family, retail, automotive, aviation and hospitality markets. Position: Assistant Project Manager Location: Builtech Services LLC Legal (Full‑Time) Compensation: $90,000 – $115,000 annually. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and supervise the Project Engineer team across all active projects. Provide onboarding, training, and professional development for new Project Engineers. Conduct regular check‑ins, performance reviews, and goal setting for the team. Ensure Project Engineers manage RFIs, submittals, drawing logs, and procurement logs. Oversee consistency in Procore (or other project management software) use across all projects. Enforce company procedures for submittals, RFIs, change management, and closeout documentation. Coordinate with Project Managers and Superintendents to confirm field requirements are aligned with documentation. Act as a liaison between Project Engineers, Project Managers and Management. Provide consistent reporting on Project Engineer workload and performance. Identify Project Engineer assignments for new projects. Requirements 3+ years of relevant construction project management experience. Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and preferably Procore. Leadership skills including self‑awareness, time management, positivity, assertiveness, delegation, negotiation, and organization. Willingness to travel to projects locally and nationally as needed. Valid driver’s license. Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time. Comfortable operating a computer and office equipment, and occasionally lifting lightweight office items.
