Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) credentials
• State licensure for Illinois
• Experience with pediatric populations in school-based settings
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in individual and group settings
• Document progress and maintain accurate student records
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to RTI/MTSS processes as needed
• Provide support and training to classroom teachers and parents regarding speech/language strategies and interventions
