FAA Benefits & HR Support Specialist — Onsite KC

Leidos is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the FAA's Benefits Operation Center (BOC) from our Kansas City office, onsite five days a week. You will handle high-level benefits and HR information, route complex issues, certify and process benefit forms, and collaborate with BOC management to ensure smooth operations for FAA customers. Candidates should have a high school diploma with 3–5 years of relevant experience; a public trust clearance is required; a Bachelor's degree is #J-18808-Ljbffr Leidos LLC
