We're partnering with a top-tier commercial HVAC organization experiencing strong growth and looking to bring on a hands-on Service Manager to lead operations, mentor teams, and elevate service delivery across major commercial environments.

This is a high-visibility, player-coach role where your technical credibility matters just as much as your leadership.

What You'll Own

Lead and develop a team of commercial HVAC technicians
Serve as the go-to technical expert in the field
Oversee service operations, scheduling, and execution
Partner cross-functionally with ops, leadership, and customers
Drive performance, accountability, and culture across the team

Non-Negotiables

Commercial HVAC experience REQUIRED (no residential-only backgrounds)
Hands-on background as an HVAC technician (must have come up through the tools)
Prior leadership experience (Service Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Tech)
Strong troubleshooting + technical expertise
Comfortable balancing field presence + office leadership
