What You'll DoDelivery and Engagement Leadership * Take ownership of engagement and team outcomes, ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction. * Research and share business/technology trends * Understanding of business and user priorities as well as technical feasibility, in order to prioritize the product backlog * Gather customer and internal feedback to drive improvements and inform product roadmap and prioritization * Portfolio planning * Define analytics to be collected regarding product and prioritize the execution of their collection * Work with the product team to monitor and manage the project queue * Prioritize opportunities and follow up with customer-facing teams * Build financial and forecasting models for products, product lines, and portfolios * Create models to support buy/build/partner analyses Leadership * Lead and inspire high-performing Slalom/Client teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. * Provide subject matter expertise across the product lifecycle from strategy development to execution. Client and Team Relationships * Establish and maintain trusted relationships with clients and their users/markets, understanding their needs in creating and implementing product strategies. * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both internal and external, to achieve project objectives. For this position at the Senior Consultant level the base salary pay range is $102,000 to $140,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
