Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator

Schedule & Pay Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (overtime may be available) Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Experience Level: Entry-level; 1-2 years Core Responsibilities Receive, verify, and inspect inbound shipments for accuracy and condition. Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for on-time shipment. Perform cycle counts; organize stock for efficient space utilization. Coordinate with carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and LTL freight providers. Utilize basic computer skills to operate inventory/shipping software. Interpret packing slips, bills of lading, and purchase orders. Document and report damages or discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping. What You Bring Recent shipping and receiving experience (required). Forklift operating experience and comfort working on the dock. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely and regularly. Background in warehouse operations (shipping, receiving, delivery, inventory) preferred. Attention to detail, reliability, and a teamwork mindset.
