We’re looking for a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our marketing team! Our ideal candidate is a natural storyteller and strong writer who is genuinely excited to make content, engage with our community, and help bring a distinct and engaging voice to maman’s digital channels. They are passionate about social media, hospitality, food, and digital culture, with a strong visual eye and an instinct for turning campaign priorities into social-first content people want to watch, share, save, and talk about.

Reporting to the Digital Marketing & Content Manager, this person will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of maman’s organic social media channels, with a primary focus on content creation, copywriting, publishing, and community engagement. They will bring broader campaign strategy and messaging to life through Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, captions, and recurring content series, while helping shape maman’s social voice in a way that remains warm, playful, and unmistakably on-brand. P.S. must love cookies!

What you'll do:

SOCIAL MEDIA & CONTENT CREATION

• Own the day-to-day execution of maman’s organic social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.

• Concept, capture, edit, schedule, and publish social content across Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, and recurring series with support from the  Digital Marketing & Content Manager.

• Create short-form video content in cafés, at events, during store openings, and on set, ensuring footage feels polished, on-brand, and platform-native.

• Maintain the social media calendar and ensure all content is published accurately, on time, and aligned with campaign priorities.

• Handle daily community engagement across comments, DMs, tags, mentions, and guest questions.

• Coordinate with local marketing coordinators and café teams to source stories, capture content, and support market-specific initiatives.

• Maintain an organized library of raw footage, edited content, photography, and approved social assets.

COPYWRITING & BRAND VOICE

• Assist with short-form video text, scripts, retail product descriptions, ad copy, community responses, and other guest-facing messaging.

• Ensure all copy reflects maman’s established brand voice and feels clear, thoughtful, and engaging.

• Proofread guest-facing content for tone, grammar, spelling, links, dates, pricing, location details, and overall accuracy.

DIGITAL MARKETING SUPPORT

• Support digital campaigns across social, email, website, app, partnerships, and other digital channels.

• Assist with seasonal launches, partnerships, photoshoots, promotions, events, new-store openings, and broader brand initiatives.

• Help with email copy, ad copy, website copy, campaign recaps, research, and special projects as needed.

What we’re looking for:

• 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating polished iPhone content capture, short-form video editing, and social-first storytelling. Experience with Adobe Premiere preferred.

• Experience maintaining a social content calendar and publishing across multiple channels.

• A visual eye and understanding of what makes content feel engaging, polished, and on-brand.

• Have an understanding of brand voice and the ability to apply it consistently across different platforms.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple drafts, deadlines, and priorities.
