Owning the administration of leave, accommodations, and workers' compensation, the full-time HR Operations Specialist will ensure compliance, manage policy updates, and maintain data integrity in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities Administer leave and accommodation requests, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations Manage the HR policy library, including the review, update, and retirement of policies as needed Audit employee data across systems to ensure accuracy and support compliance audits Required qualifications 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on leave administration and compliance Solid understanding of FMLA, ADA, and workers' compensation regulations Experience coordinating with third-party administrators or vendors Proven track record of auditing HR data for accuracy across multiple systems Strong written communication skills for policy documentation and updates
