Senior Clinical Sales Specialist -Monarch Robotics - Central Florida

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Clinical Specialist to support Monarch robotic surgical systems across Central Florida. The role combines clinical expertise with sales, involving direct customer engagement, procedural support, and education delivery to surgical teams.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare customers to drive Monarch system utilization
- Provide in-case procedural support and technical consultation during surgeries
- Design and deliver physician and clinical staff education programs
- Serve as liaison between customer sites and corporate office for case reviews and issue reporting
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations including HIPAA and Sunshine Act
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 2+ years sales, marketing, or healthcare experience
- Ability to work in hospital operating room environments
- 50-75% travel within assigned territory
- Valid driver's license in United States
- Expert knowledge of Monarch robotic products
