• Communicate effectively with patients in both English and Spanish.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly.
• Assist in the preparation of medical charts and documentation.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth office operations.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office area.
• Handle insurance verification and patient billing inquiries.

Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Previous experience as a medical assistant or in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a medical assistant is a plus.
