Administrative Specialist

Job Title
Coordinate department schedules by monitoring and updating calendars according to builders and subcontractors' availability
Coordinate Project Managers and Vendors via email and text
Use Sage and BT5 ERP systems to invoice and reconcile jobs upon completion
Navigate multiple builder websites for job related data
Prepare and maintain reports and spreadsheets
Assist various departments by performing a variety of clerical and support functions as needed (i.e. typing, filing, scanning, answering phones)
Provide back-up for other department administrative assistants as needed
Scheduling experience is a PLUS.
Physical Ability to sit/stand for 8+ hour work shifts

This is a Contract position based out of Waverly, MN.
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
