Sales Representative

Location: Remote + Field Hybrid

Travel: Approximately 80% local field appointments

About the Role

Dependable Life Solutions is seeking professional Insurance Account Executives to help individuals and families review life insurance options and select coverage that fits their needs and budget.

This is a client-facing insurance sales role. The position includes structured training, licensing support, field mentorship, CRM tools, and access to company-supported client opportunities.

This role is commission-based and requires an active state insurance license, or the ability to obtain one before beginning client appointments.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective clients in person and remotely
• Conduct needs-based insurance consultations
• Explain life insurance options clearly and professionally
• Maintain accurate client records in company systems
• Follow all state insurance and carrier compliance guidelines
• Manage appointment follow-up and client communication
• Participate in onboarding, product training, and compliance training
• Maintain active licensing and carrier appointment requirements

Qualifications

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in the field and meeting clients face-to-face
• Professional, dependable, and self-managed
• Prior sales, insurance, customer service, or financial services experience preferred
• Active life insurance license preferred
• Must be willing to complete licensing requirements if not currently licensed

Compensation and Support

• $80,000–$150,000 expected annual earnings
• Weekly onboarding stipend available during the first 2–8 weeks after licensing
