The role is responsible for coordinating the end-to-end air export process, ensuring shipments move efficiently, accurately, and in line with customer requirements and international regulations.
This is a great opportunity for an air freight professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced forwarding environment and has strong experience managing international air export shipments from booking through final delivery.

Key responsibilities
- Managing air export shipments from booking through final delivery
- Coordinating with airlines, carriers, overseas agents, customers, and vendors
- Preparing and reviewing export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, AWBs and other required documents
- Creating and processing Air Waybills (AWBs)
- Monitoring shipment status and providing customers with timely updates
- Coordinating pickups, deliveries, and airline bookings
- Ensuring accurate data entry and timely shipment updates within the company's operating system
- Working closely with overseas offices and international partners
- Resolving shipment issues, delays, and discrepancies
- Ensuring compliance with U.S. export regulations and company procedures
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the shipment lifecycle
Requirements
- The successful candidate will have previous experience within U.S. freight forwarding, with a strong focus on Air Export operations.
- Organized, detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable managing multiple international shipments simultaneously. xhyhwjd
- Experience with CargoWise is highly preferred.
