Requirements

• State licensure as a Medical Technologist
• Certification preferred (ASCP or equivalent)
• Experience with laboratory testing and quality control practices

Responsibilities

• Supervise laboratory personnel and manage laboratory testing performance
• Develop and maintain policies and quality control practices
• Ensure laboratory safety and maintenance
• Act as a resource medical technologist in assigned section
• Assure laboratory compliance with accreditation and OSHA standards
