• P&L & Floor Command (5+ Years): Manage high-volume production/distribution facilities, driving P&L performance, cost controls, and team accountability.

• Continuous Improvement Mastery: Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, or 5S strategies to obliterate bottlenecks, eliminate waste, and slice downtime.

• ERP & Analytics Expertise: Command complex ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and leverage data to scale operational throughput.

• Supply Chain & Safety Domination: Enforce uncompromising OSHA/regulatory compliance while streamlining vendor, freight, and inventory workflows.

• Unstoppable Drive: Fearless crisis management, high emotional intelligence, and a relentless hunger to execute under intense pressure.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities & Operational Mandate

• End-to-End Operational Domination: Direct and oversee daily plant, warehouse, or facility operations, ensuring full alignment between production, logistics, procurement, and quality control.

• P&L & Budgetary Ownership: Manage multi-million-dollar operational budgets, eliminate resource waste, and optimize cost-per-unit labor metrics to drive immediate EBITDA growth.

• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Deploy Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies to dismantle bottlenecks, streamline facility workflows, and drastically reduce operational downtime.

• Strategic Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and command department heads, shift supervisors, and floor staff—fostering an uncompromising culture of accountability, speed, and safety.

• Supply Chain & Carrier Oversight: Partner with supply chain directors to manage vendor contracts, inbound/outbound freight schedules, and material handling workflows.

• Safety & Regulatory Compliance: Enforce strict local, state, and federal compliance standards (OSHA, EPA, DOT) to maintain an impenetrable safety environment.
