We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join a growing team in Oklahoma City. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy, and values teamwork and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide a positive customer experience while meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Learn and understand the warehouse/yard layout and bin location system .
• Safely handle materials, products, and warehouse equipment .
• Pick, gather, assemble, and package orders for shipment and customer pickup.
• Verify orders carefully to prevent shipping, receiving, and inventory errors .
• Label products for pickup and delivery with customer name and carton count .
• Complete all paperwork accurately including signatures, dates, shortages, or damage reports .
• Unload incoming trucks and inspect materials for correct address, damage, and freight count.
• Stock and organize products in the correct warehouse locations.
• Report vendor shipping errors according to company procedures.
• Scan and file receiving documents, freight claims, and RGA paperwork .
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization .
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines .
• Maintain regular and dependable attendance .
Qualifications
✔ Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred
✔ Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse materials
✔ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔ Basic understanding of warehouse systems or inventory tracking is a plus
