Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bilingual Receptionist to support daily office operations. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proficient in Microsoft Office, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred.
Requirements :
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
- Must have 2+ years of Receptionist experience
- Must have Administrative experience
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
