The data center boom across Northern Virginia and Maryland has us busier than ever, and we're hiring an Assistant Project Manager to grow right along with it. We're a well established electrical contractor running commercial and mission critical projects all over the DMV, and this role is a real runway to becoming a full PM.

You'd be in the middle of the action: backing up our project managers from buyout through closeout, handling submittals, RFIs, change orders and procurement, building and tracking schedules, and keeping long lead gear like switchgear, busduct, gensets and UPS on pace. You'll coordinate subs, vendors and field crews, read drawings, run takeoffs, and keep everything straight in Procore, MS Project or Primavera P6.

What we're after:

• At least 2 years in commercial construction, ideally on the electrical contractor side
• A real feel for electrical systems, drawings and submittals
• Someone who likes being out on active jobsites around Maryland, Virginia and DC
• Procore, MS Project or P6 a plus
• A construction management or electrical engineering background helps, but strong field experience counts just as much

$85,000 to $115,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and full benefits. Direct hire, on site, with plenty of room to grow.
