Accounting Manager

System One is assisting a Tulsa location of a foreign-owned company with a search for an Accounting Manager. It is a dynamic and diverse company with good benefits. Responsibilities include:

• Handle the day-to-day accounting functions for a growing 40-person organization
• Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and support IFRS reporting requirements, coordinating with corporate as appropriate.
• Perform profitability analysis to support strategic business decisions
• Monitor and analyze cash flow to optimize financial performance and liquidity
• Prepare account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records
• Drive process improvements and strengthen financial controls
• Will be involved with ERP system implementation/upgrade as corporate rolls out new system
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and business recommendations
• Assume oversight of Human Resources functions as the role evolves
• Support company growth initiatives, including occasional international travel

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred
• Strong accounting knowledge with expertise in GAAP; IFRS experience is a plus
• Progressive accounting and financial management experience
• Experience overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Strong ERP systems experience; implementation or upgrade experience highly preferred
• Experience performing profitability analysis and cash flow management
• Strong reconciliation and financial close process experience
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across all levels of the organization
• Ability to work in an on-site, diverse environment that allows for professional flexibility. Bring a positive attitude, initiative and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to travel internationally on occasion

Salary: $80K - $85K
