About the Role:
We are seeking Licensed Mental Health Professionals (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/PsyD/PhD) to join our team of compassionate and dedicated clinicians. As a Licensed Mental Health Professional at CHE Behavioral, you will provide quality clinical services to improve the quality of life for our older adult patients. Our clinicians work closely with patients and their families to develop individualized therapeutic plans that address their unique needs and goals.
Responsibilities:
Provide quality clinical services to patients in a long-term care and rehabilitation center setting
Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide individual and group therapy sessions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients
Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory requirements
Maintain a high level of cultural competence and sensitivity in all interactions with patients and families
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in the field
