Keeps the dish area free of clutter and organizedSets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinksMaintains clean/dry floors throughout the shiftProperly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containersChanges water of machines and sinks every two hours, or more often as required by business levels, and properly uses chemical dilutions set by EcoLabAssists in the timely storing of food deliveriesMaintains trash cans throughout the shift and removes full trash cans and boxes at the end of each shiftFollows the posted daily dish-cleaning dutiesQualifications:High School Diploma/GED a plus but not requiredPrevious experience a plusMust be able to work long hours, weekends, evenings, and holidaysThe company also conducts post-offer employment verifications, motor vehicle, and criminal background checks.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
