Position: Mobile Leasing Agent - Asheville Location: Overlook 157 # of Openings: 1 Mobile Leasing Agent With 50% Travel Cohen-Esrey Communities, LLC. is currently seeking an upbeat, service-minded Mobile Leasing Agent for our brand-new property Overlook 157, in Asheville, NC. The position requires traveling to all local properties and is primarily field based. Candidates should live in the Asheville, NC area. Travel outside of this area is expected to be approximately 50% of the time after our lease-up property has been stabilized. Come join our team and experience our amazing culture! This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to scheduling property tours, to completing the lease/application paperwork. This role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it's about understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, excels at collaboration with other teammates, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people’s lives. Must have reliable transportation to and from work and working onsite at assigned locations. Qualifications Must have a valid driver's license Will be required to work two Saturdays per month Ability to work independently and collaboratively primarily onsite at local property assignment (estimated 12-18 months) and eventually in a remote setting with travel up to 50% of the time to other properties Leasing experience in affordable, HUD and/or tax credits Personal Smart Phone technology required OneSite experience is a plus LIHTC experience is a plus Compensation: $29-$31 *Final agreed upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
