Responsibilities coordinating customer service processes and order execution cooperating with customers, carriers, and internal operational teams monitoring service quality and responding to any irregularities resolving issues related to orders and goods preparing customer reports and internal reporting working with systems and tools supporting customer service processes ensuring accuracy and proper archiving of documentation identifying opportunities for process improvements and optimization Requirements experience in customer service and/or logistics environment good understanding of logistics and warehouse processes strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks problem-solving mindset and decision-making skills strong communication and teamwork skills good command of English experience with IT systems/tools supporting operations (nice to have) What we offer full-time employment based on an employment contract private medical care subsidized sports card possibility to join group life insurance onboarding and support during the first months opportunity to grow within an international organization #J-18808-Ljbffr NewCold Advanced Logistics
