Job Description
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, Psychology, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience leveraging AI tools within the design process.
- Strong expertise with Figma .
- Proven experience designing complex enterprise, B2B, SaaS, internal business applications, or consumer-facing products.
- Strong background in:
- User Experience Design
- Interaction Design
- Visual Design
- User Research
- Information Architecture
- Usability Testing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio showcasing recent enterprise-level UX and product design work.
