Accountable Manager, FAA Part 145 Component Repair Station College Park, GA. COMPENSATION: $165,000 - $185,000 + Bonus RELOCATION: Available The Judge Group is seeking an experienced Accountable Manager for a FAA Part 145 Component Repair Station in the College Park, GA area. This executive-level leader will have full responsibility for the operational, financial, technical, and regulatory performance of the repair station. The successful candidate will serve as the senior leader of the business, overseeing all aspects of Operations, Quality, Materials, Planning, Contracts, Customer Support, and Personnel while driving profitable growth, operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. This position is ideal for a proven aerospace leader who combines strong technical knowledge of FAA Part 145 operations with demonstrated P&L ownership and strategic business leadership. IDEAL CANDATE PROFILE Ideal candidates will have prior experience as an FAA-designated Accountable Manager, Director of Operations, General Manager, Site Director, Business Unit Leader, or senior operational leader within a Part 145 repair station environment. MUST HAVE 7+ years of leadership experience within a 14 CFR Part 145 certified repair station Strong knowledge of FAA and EASA regulations Experience serving as the primary FAA liaison Demonstrated P&L ownership and budget accountability Experience leading multi-functional organizations including Operations, Quality, Materials, Planning, Contracts, and Customer Support Proven track record of driving operational performance, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth Strong customer-facing leadership experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree required MBA or other advanced business degree preferred Aerospace component repair experience Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement experience Experience leading capability expansion, capital investment, and strategic growth initiatives #J-18808-Ljbffr Judge Direct Placement
