TEAM MEDICAL DIRECTOR

In This Role You Will Provide medical leadership for the Medical Team. Take responsibility, collaborating with other senior managers, physicians, and nursing leaders for establishing and meeting team productivity goals. Participate in orientation and training of new providers. Supervise providers on the team. Participate in developing goals and priorities, collaborating with other members of the leadership team, senior managers and other physician and nursing leaders. Participate in writing policies/procedures relevant to the Medical Team, as needed. Our Robust Benefit Package Includes Medical, Dental and Vision coverage effective on the first day of employment. The Successful Applicant Will Offer Physician, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, Board Certified, with Massachusetts license. Bi-lingual in Spanish and English preferred. Experience in medical administration, particularly evaluation and supervision of licensed medical providers and other clinical staff preferred. Must have demonstrated past leadership ability. Experience in Quality Assurance, Utilization Review, Continuous Quality Improvement preferred.
