Sports Bar General Manager

Buffalo Wild Wings lives for game‑day energy — and as our Sports Bar General Manager, you’ll be the one bringing it to life. You’ll run the entire sports bar operation, lead a high‑performing team, and keep the place buzzing from the first whistle to the final play. You’ll work directly with our Operations Partner, receiving hands‑on support as you grow the location, the team, and the guest experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full sports bar operations, keeping service sharp, fast, and guest‑focused
  • Lead, coach, and motivate managers and team members to perform at their best
  • Keep the entire bar and restaurant stocked, organized, and running smoothly through every rush
