Description
The Accounts Payable Specialist complies and maintains accounts payable records.
Preferred Experience:
- Education/Certification(s): High School graduate or equivalent preferred
- Previous accounts payable experience
Pay:
- Up to $18.00 + based on experience
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm
Accounts Payable Specialist duties include but are not limited to:
- Process Inventory Invoices and/or Drop Ship Invoices
- Review & Reconcile Statements
- Maintains all accounts payable reports and spreadsheets

Requirements for an Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Ability to problem solve and analyze
- Must be able to communicate with vendors and employees
- Solid communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Must have the ability to be motivated
- All work is very collaborative, so the ability to work seamlessly with others is critical
- Must be able to effectively interact with varying situations and personalities
