Human Resources Manager - Mandarin Speaking preferred

Job Description Responsibilities Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings Coordinate employee training and development programs Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures Manage employee benefits, including enrollment changes, terminations, etc. Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate record keeping Provide support to employees regarding HR‑related inquiries and issues Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives and programs Conduct research and analysis on HR trends and best practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in an HR administrative role Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
