Business Management Associate

Our fast-growing company is looking for a qualified Business Management Associate. The ideal candidate is someone who works well under pressure, works well with co-workers, is responsible and detail-oriented, and has strong work ethics. Job Responsibilities: Follow internal SOP and liaise with various departments to ensure streamlined business operations Assist Business Associate Manager with operational issues, including communicating with Logistics, Warehouse, Accounting, and RMA teams Submit monthly internal proposals to headquarters with accurate data and numbers Update logs and reports Work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are processed without error or delay Constant follow-up with internal departments to ensure project deadlines are met Support sales team in reaching quarterly business goals Maintain a healthy account balance with assigned accounts Other tasks as assigned by manager Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration preferred 1+ year experience in office operation preferred Basic knowledge of computer components Excellent organization and planning skills Good written and communication skills Ability to multi-task well Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment Ability to identify and analyze problems, and create and execute solutions Excellent attention to detail, and affinity for numbers Mandarin Chinese‑speaking is a plus About Us Gigabyte is an international manufacturer and distributor of computer hardware products including motherboards, graphic cards, laptops, PC desktops, and more.
