Bilingual Customer Service Representative As an Inside Parts Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. You will work alongside passionate professionals to support customers and dealers, contributing to a team focused on responsiveness, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This position aims to increase parts sales by determining and meeting customer needs through thorough, timely, and accurate communication and follow-up. You will process customer orders, keep customers informed, and expedite requests internally to ensure a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and email, and log interactions within Salesforce case management systems. Inquiries may include parts lookup, pricing and availability, quotations, order processing, shipment tracking, and related support requests. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer and dealer issues in a timely and professional manner. Contribute to team goals and objectives by meeting individual performance metrics and service targets. Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned. Essential Skills Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish. Basic computer proficiency. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Willingness to work a flexible schedule between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed, including weekdays and weekends. Mechanical aptitude or interest in technical products preferred. Work Environment The role is fully onsite, working within a team of seven professionals. Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Racine, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
