About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of financial structures and teams capable of supporting large-scale philanthropic initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the capital infrastructure necessary to receive, steward, and deploy philanthropic capital across various funds, entities, and geographies. This includes leading the financial strategy, capital allocation, and building a technology-enabled finance function. The Head of Finance will also be involved in partner financial diligence, shaping cost-effectiveness approaches, and will work closely with the leadership and the Board to make clear, practical financial plans and operating guidance. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of relevant experience, with a strong background in financial modeling, analytical judgment, and finance fundamentals. Experience in the development space is an asset, but not required. The role requires a clear track record of using technology to build efficiencies, experience with complex financial structures, and a proven ability to manage and support high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be a clear communicator, a strong people manager, and will bring a service-oriented approach to the work.
